We can help you qualify for incentive payments as outlined by The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act and The HITECH Act by implementing our certified EHR technology that allows for the electronic exchange of health information!
EmergisoftED is a complete Web-based architecture, Microsoft .NET, CCHIT-certified Emergency Department Information Solution (EDIS) that automates each step of the patient management and patient documentation process in the emergency department, including: triage, patient tracking, physician and nurse documentation, order entry, immediate access to results, charge capture, disposition, discharge instructions, scanning and digital imaging, and real-time management reporting including syndromic surveillance.
The EC Forms Digital Solution integrates with EmergisoftED or your hospital's existing EDIS. Once the information is transmitted, all data can be edited and verified for accuracy. Structured data is transmitted in XML, PDF, or HL7 output for coding, billing, and registration systems.
Emergisoft's Electronic Charting Pen (EC Pen) is a pen-on-paper technology that will capture handwritten information in digital format for immediate processing. This innovative technology lets you retain the familiar process of handwriting and capture data digitally at the same time. This makes it portable and easy for the clinicians to document anywhere within the emergency department without the requirement of a computer or other mobile devices. Emergisoft has designed complaint-based, onscreen physician documentation forms that can be used with or without Emergisoft's EC Pen. The EC Forms Digital Solution instantly transforms the structured, template-based paper chart to an electronic natural-language chart and stored in HIPAA compliant data storage.
Emergisoft Maritime streamlines the interaction between medical staff, crew, and guests, by utilizing a portable and paperless Electronic Medical Record. By automating triage, tracking, nurse and physician documentation, and reporting, Emergisoft Maritime provides Natural Language Output, a legible medical record, and eliminates time consuming manual reporting processes.
Emergisoft's EC Forms Paper Charting Solution, a comprehensive, complaint-specific physician documentation system, drives emergency department efficiency and productivity at about 90% less than the cost of traditional paper charting solutions. For an introductory period, Emergisoft is offering a 3-year, unlimited-use license of the EC Forms for the cost of $10,000 per facility. Hospitals looking to transition to electronic physician documentation can move seamlessly from EC Forms Paper Charting to our EC Forms Digital solution.
